Description

Years ago, the one who got away ruined Cassandra Frost's life. She was found guilty of her negligence among other things and sentenced to a penal colony. Now years later as her path to redemption is just starting out, children have disappeared from all over the Federation. As Starfleet Security tracks down these children, they often turn up dead. When one of the disappearances is traced to a splinter cell of the Orion Syndicate the USS Artemis and the Starfleet Criminal Investigation Unit is called in. What is our crew going to do when they learn that the mastermind of this child trafficking ring is someone that one of their own let get away. Can Cassandra Frost redeem herself or will the perp get away again?
